I found a place to live in City Park, Saskatoon. It's a similar building to the one I live in currently, except not as well kept. On the plus side, the apartment is bigger than the shoebox I've lived in this past year.
I'm coming to the conclusion that a duplex is the way to go in terms of buying a place. Small, central, small yard, bright, new. But expensive: about $400K minimum.
